Contest Rules & Regulations

1. The Domino's Pizza of Canada Double Deal Contest (the "Contest") will commence at 12:01 AM E.S.T. on Sunday January 2nd, 2012 and will operate until 11:59 PM E.S.T. on Tuesday January 31st, 2012 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest is open to Canadian residents who are over the age of majority according to the laws of the province or territory in which they reside, subject to the exceptions set out in Rule 7.

2. There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest: 1: log on to www.dominos.ca during the Contest Period and purchase the "Double Deal" identified as Coupon Code 3216 and a side (all side items listed on www.dominos.ca) (excluding dipping sauces) online, and register by providing full name, date of birth, complete mailing address (including postal code), telephone number (including area code) and valid e-mail address. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per order during the Contest Period. All entries become the property of Domino's Pizza of Canada (the "Sponsor"). 2: enter without purchase as set out in paragraph 3, below.

3. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name on a plain piece of paper along with complete mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), valid email address and write a 50 word or more essay on "Why Domino's Pizza is my favourite pizza", include a self addressed postage paid envelope and mail to: The Domino's Pizza of Canada "Double Deal" Contest, P.O. Box 67058, Toronto, ON. M4P 3C8. Entry must be received on or before January 30th, 2012 to allow sufficient time for processing. There is a limit of one (1) entry without purchase per person per week during the Contest Period.

4. A random draw will be conducted on February 3rd, 2012 at approximately 11:00 AM E.S.T at the office of Promotivate LP ("Promotivate") in Toronto, Ontario, from all valid entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrant will be notified by telephone or e-mail that he/she is the potential winner (hereafter "Potential Winner"). To be declared a winner, the Potential Winner must be eligible in accordance with these Rules, must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and sign a liability/publicity release. If Promotivate, after three (3) attempts via telephone and two (2) attempts via e-mail is unable to contact the Potential Winner the prize may be forfeited. Forfeited prizes may not be awarded.

The prize available to be won in the Contest is as follows (the "Prize"):

Odds of winning the Prize depend upon the number of valid entries received during the Contest Period. The Prize is not transferable (except with the permission of Promotivate in its sole discretion) and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions (cash or otherwise).

5. The Sponsor, at its option, may substitute a Prize for equal or greater value. The confirmed winner will receive the Prize within twelve (12) weeks of verification, or based upon product availability.

6. No correspondence will be entered into with any Contest participant (other than Potential Winner) unless the Contest participant grants permission. Promotivate is the sole judge on all matters relating to this Contest and its decisions shall be final and binding. By entering this Contest, each Potential Winner agrees to the use and publication of his or her name and city location on the Contest website and in other advertising materials. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and photograph and/or video image in all media for marketing and/or promotional purposes, without compensation.

7. Employees of the Sponsor, Promotivate, their agents and/or members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win Prizes. No prizes will be awarded to participants who are in violation of this provision.

8. The Sponsor, Promotivate, their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Releasees") shall not be responsible for any event that may force the Contest to cease either temporarily or permanently. Nor shall they be responsible in any way for the use of, or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the Prize awarded in this contest. The Sponsors reserve the right to modify or withdraw this Contest at any time without prior notification, subject in Quebec to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the "Régie"), if they determine that for any reason the Contest cannot be run as originally planned, or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the Contest, or for any other reason. By entering, each Contest participant agrees that the Sponsor and/or Promotivate or the Releasees will not be responsible for any event that may cause the Contest to cease operations either temporarily or permanently, including but not limited to any electronic, network, computer problem or any other technical or human error of any kind that makes continuation of the Contest not feasible. The Sponsor, Promotivate, and the Releasees are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to technical malfunctions of telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or access providers, computer equipment, software, viruses, bugs or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the internet or any website or combination thereof. The Sponsor, Promotivate and Releasees are not responsible for damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Contest, nor are they responsible for lost or misdirected online or hand-written entries.

9. By participating in the Contest, each Contest participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Contest Rules & Regulations.

10. Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach settlement.
